Rowan University President Ali Houshmand, Vice President Richard Jones, Senior Vice President Donald Moore and our development partners, University Student Living and Provident Resources Group, will host grand opening of the school's newest residence complex.

Students are ready to call Holly Pointe Commons home, moving into the 1,415-bed, 303,000-sq.-ft. residence hall. Holly Pointe Commons includes amenities to serve its residents as well as the campus community, including a spacious green with public art, Glassworks Eatery (a 550-seat dining hall open to the campus community) and a grab-and-go café. The living quarters include study areas and rooms organized into "pods" around communal spaces.

RwThe University developed the $145-million project with University Student Living, Provident Resources Group and Erdy McHenry Architecture. At the eastern edge of campus, Holly Pointe Commons is another link between campus, Rowan Boulevard and downtown Glassboro.
